Quick Things You Can Do To Improve Your Life Today

Choose between 3 and 5 of these items to perform today, repeat daily, and watch your life improve.

-floss daily

-exercise 20 minutes

-spend time with your family every day

-take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement

-write in your journal

-keep an up to date list of gifts bought and needed, for occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc

-sort through photos and put them in albums

-have the photos on your digital camera developed (lots of people tend to wait until they have 200 or more photos before getting around to this one)

-use a good hair conditioner (especially important in the wintertime)

-go through your books. Sort ones you have read, ones you will read, ones you can give away. Give away the pile put aside for that purpose

-throw out old magazines, or give them to a doctor’s or dentist’s office if they are willing to take them

-go forĀ a walk

-dress as well as you would for others, for yourself

-listen to music

-dance

-focus on NOW, rather than focusing on events which have already happened, or you would like to have happen in the future

-listen to another person with your full attention

-tell someone you love them if you do

-give thanks

-make a really good meal

-go out for dinner

-spend time with friends

-spend time alone
