The Thirty Day Makeover–Week 4
January 21st, 2008 | by Jeniffer |This week, I’d like you to look back to the first day, what you wrote about where you were when you started, and compare it to where you are now.
Are you closer to the goals you had set for yourself?
Have you lost weight, gained enthusiasm and improved your attitude towards life in general?
When writing in your gratitude journal, do the things you are grateful for come easily to you, or are they harder to find now that you have written so many things down already.
Look over your food intake record–are the majority of the foods you eat healthy? And if you ate for emotional reasons before, do you find yourself doing that less often now?
How much money have you saved? Are you surprised to find how much that mindless spending adds up to, when you don’t spend it anymore?
What is the average amount you spend without thinking in a day?
Take that average and multiply it by 365, to see how much you spend without evennoticing in a year.
This week, continue with what you have been doing in the previous weeks, and give yourself a well-deserved high five.
You’re almost finished with this; because it started on December 31, it will be over and done with on January 29.
One week and one short day away.
Perhaps this week would be a good time to begin planning what you would like to do with the rest of the makeover, January, February–for the next six months, year, three years, five…and begin to brainstorm ways that you can accomplish them.
Share any of this you would like to, in the comments section, or in the forum if you would like.
